Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve a specific vehicle for a specific date and time. The 50% balance is due two weeks prior to the date of service.

After a deposit is made there is a 10% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

Inside two weeks there is no refund available.

Pricing can vary depending on the size of bus (group head count), duration of time (total hours booked) and distance of vehicle travel.

Generally, the rates can range between $150 – $400 per hour.

Vehicle can range in size to accommodate groups from 16 Passengers up to 40 Passenger.

In most cases we would suggest two to three weeks prior to the date of service.

For holidays and special events two months in advance is highly recommended.

With 85% of service requested on and around The Las Vegas Strip, some service requests are for surrounding areas. 

Generally Las Vegas Party Bus provides service within the Las Vegas Valley. This includes approximately 30 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. 

Contact us for services outside the Las Vegas Valley as Las Vegas Party Bus is able to provide service inside the stafe of Nevada.

Most buses can be rented for as little as one hour or one-way transportation. The larger buses with DJ and Bartender are a three hour minimum.

Yes, you can bring and drink alcohol on the bus. We just ask that if you are bringing a large number of one specific item like beer, you don’t bring glass bottles. Cans only please. But glass Spirits are welcome.

The bus can also stop at a liquor store for individuals to purchase the items they’d like.

*Those consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid I.D.

Yes but for those events like Prom or High School Dancer etc. Alcohol is not permitted

100%, we just ask that only finger foods that can be handled without the need of utensils or those foods that don’t easily spill. Generally dry foods and snacks.

A Las Vegas Party Bus is good for any occasion: birthday parties, corporate events, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, quinceañeras, proms, school dances, to and from concerts, shows and simply to have a fun time.

All Las Vegas Party Buses have Bluetooth Music Connect, Ice, Cups and Bottled Water. Some buses have DJ as Bartenders.

All Las Vegas Party Bus drivers’ are properly licensed to operate the vehicles and the vehicles are insured.

You can bring whatever drinks you’d like we just ask that you limit glass bottles to Spirits and beer and larger quantity items in cans for easy disposal.

Food is allowed but we ask for simple finger foods and no messy entrees.

We’d suggest at minimum two weeks but will take reservations up to date of service when available.

Cancelations outside two weeks will receive a 10% service fee. Inside two weeks and there is no refund but you may reschedule.

Gratuity is not included and at the customers discretion

We can provide photos and in many cases videos.

21 years of age and older to reserve a bus and those under 21 years of age and alcohol is prohibited.

Though most bookings are for those seeking transportation in the Las Vegas Valley, we can provide transportation in the state of Nevada.

If provided you may decorate the bus how you choose as long as it is properly disposed at the end of your booking or for an additional fee.

No pets allowed.

There is no smoking on a party buses in Las Vegas.

Yes, we just ask that you pay prior to the additional time and generally request a half hour to hour before your original booking time ends.

Buses range in size from 16 – 40 Passengers.

Yes, you can book as many buses as you like that are available.

Highly unlikely but a second bus will be available to continue your booking and provide the additional time as necessary.

Most certainly, wedding parties are very popular for party buses.

Bluetooth is available to play whatever music you like and playlists can be provided in advance for those buses with a DJ.
